Job Specification:

Any  graduate with minimum experience of 1yrs to 2yrs in  team leader profile working in home loan department  with DSA , DST , any Bank  or a person working in home loan department , can make his own team of 8 executives.

Job Profile-
 1. Team leader has to handle a team in home loan sales segment; team size
      Would be 8 - 12 executives.
 2. T.L. has to generate business from his team.
 3. A person should be good motivator, energetic.
 4. Candidate if recruits his own team, would be preferred.

5. Previous experience in home loan or real estate sector is must.

 CTC Band : 1.2Lacs CTC pa ----- 1.68Lacs CTC pa. + Incentives

At this level company provide performance basis increment after every 6 months i.e.  October & April.

2.  Sales Executives /Executives for Faridabad, Ghaziabad & Noida for Home loan

  

Job description :

Any 12^th pass / graduate with minimum 6 months experience in banking industry & a good knowledge of Home loan product can be considered for this profile .

  

Salary bands:

1. E1   -  HSC (12^th pass)-    66000 pa CTC (5000 per month approx) – 78000 pa
                CTC (6000 per month approx).

2. E2  -  HSC(12^th pass) -    78000 pa CTC (6000 per month approx) - 90000 pa
               CTC(7000 per month approx).

3. E3 – Graduation     - 78000 pa CTC (6000 per month approx) – 102000 pa
              CTC (8000 per month approx).

 NOTE :  At Executive level , we can go upto  9500 per month approx.  , if a candidate must  have a experience of selling home loan for 2 yrs & also earned incentive in last 3 months or got any  rewards  / recognition certificate.

Apart from fixed salary, a candidate can earn attractive incentive ( from 0. 25% to 0.45% on loan amount)

 3. Sales Executives / Executives for Delhi for Online Trading

Job description :

Any 12^th pass with minimum 6 months experience / Fresh graduates & MBA interested in working with stocking company.

 Salary Band : 6000 CTC pm to 8000 CTC Pa

  

At this level company provide performance basis increment after every 6 months i.e.  October & April.
