Designation:   

Customer Care Executive – Outbound – Day Shift – 20 Openings

Job Description:    

The incumbent would be responsible to sell holiday destinations Single & Series Departures OB) across India.
Designing Itinerary, costing and hotel bookings
handling customers for holiday packages
Customer relationship management


Desired Profile


Graduate or with equivalent business experience
Understanding of travel business with an ability to aggressively sell over the phone with minimum customer interface
Self-starter with minimum supervision
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills(written/verbal)
Ability to work in team and coordinate with post sales and operation teams
Flexibility & Adaptability
Ability to plan & organize timely follow-ups with customers

Experience:     0 – 3 years.

Education:      Under Graduate/Graduate/Post Graduate
