Branch Manager - North



Job Profile :

1              Candidate will be totally responsible for branch activities with about 20 people reporting to him from sales / Service / Logistics.
2              Candidate will be responsible for sales, marketing, Lead generation and achievement of Sales Targets / Collections from the Branches
3              Candidate will ensure customer satisfaction on service deliverables, effective MIS / book keeping, maximizing revenue generation from service Dept activities, Minimize logistic costs.
4              Candidate will be responsible for motivating the team & developing them.

Candidate Profile :

1.       Candidate must be from products that go into construction like Hi end Sanitary fittings / Elevator / Kitchen equipments / Tiles with good contacts with Hoteliers & Architects across North.
2.       Candidate must currently be in the position of Branch Manager managing sales, service activities and revenue generation.
3.       Good communication skills / presentation skills.
4.       Must be Target oriented and driven with high variable component.
5.       Age : Around 35
6.       Preferably Full time MBA with at least 3 years in the last assignment.
7.       Must have a minimum 10 years experience.
8.       Must be a self starter.

Remuneration:
1.     CTC : 7 Lacs (Fixed component)
2.     Exceptional candidates can be considered upto 9 Lacs
3.     Fully run & maintained Innova with driver
4.     Attractive variable component (0.5% of Sales Value) paid along with monthly salary (Avg minimum sales expected will be 1 Cr per month - Potential to earn Rs. 50000 on incentive every month under current trend)
5.      Annual incentive on Target achievement  + USA / Europe Trip on achieving Targets
6.     Apart from this we provide PF, Mediclaim, + Rs. 2500 Mobile bill reimbursement for official calls.
