Job Profile
Ø Recruit & lead a team of financial consultants/advisors/agents.
Ø Driving sales of life insurance products through them.
Ø Leadership qualities plus ability to coach and mentor others.
Ø Train and motivate them.
Ø Achieve targets through them.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Ø Graduates or MBA's with minimum 2 years of experience in Sales.
Ø Must possess good communication & team motivating skills.
Ø Should be a residing from past minimum 3 years in said Location.
Ø good local network
Ø Team handling experience preferred.
