The role of Relationship Manager / Sr. Relationship Manager for Securities & Equity would be: -
Acquiring new and prospective customers
Understanding the requirements of the prospect
Providing them with advices that help them to sort out their problems in investment
Ensuring future business from those prospective customers in the long run
Maintaining cordial relationship with the existing clients
Understanding the current needs of the clients
Designing an investment option suitable to the clients
Solving at their investment problem and providing advisory services
Ensuring that the customers are satisfied and maintaining good relationship with them
Ability to generate large sales:
To build cordial relationship with HNI clients
To build good network of prospective customers
To target on those clients willing to take up high speculative trading.
