Any graduate with minimum experience of 1yrs to 2yrs in team leader profile working in home loan department with DSA , DST , any Bank or a person working in home loan department , can make his own team of 8 executives.
Job Profile-
1. Team leader has to handle a team in home loan sales segment; team size Would
be 8 - 12 executives.
2. T.L. has to generate business from his team.
3. A person should be good motivator, energetic.
4. Candidate if recruits his own team, would be preferred.
