Unit Head

Key duties/responsibilities of Unit Head:

1. Identify and resolve clients/candidates concerns.
2. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity,
   closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
3. Communicate new updates and opportunities,
   special developments, information, or feedback to
   appropriate company staff.
4. Data collection of appropriate candidate’s details as per
   clients requirements.
5. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific
   targets and to project the candidates.
6. Follow up on new leads and referrals.
7. Prepare presentations, proposals and campus
   placement activities.
8. Establish and maintain good relationship with
   candidates/client.
9. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade
   shows, and job fairs etc.
10. Follow-up for collection of payment.
11. Coordinate schedules and delivery of services
    to candidates/clients.
12. Recruitment of new staff in assigned territory as per
    requirement.
13. Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
14. Coordinate staff to accomplish the work required to
    close requirements.
15. Other duties as assigned.
16. Taking care of new sub office enquires.

Desired Candidate Profile:

# Graduates or MBA's .
# Must possess good communication skills.
# Should be a residing from past minimum 3 years in said
  Location.
# Able to do presentations/seminars.
# Confident to handle unit independently
# Should have computer with internet facility
# Should have own small space to utilize as office

Remuneration 

# Salary range: 1.5 LPA - 2.5 LPA + Performance based payouts +
  Travel & Mobile reimbursements
