Job Purpose
a. Achievement of Business Plans:
§  Ability to manage all the parameters of their business.
·         Retail Sales
·         Pre Sales Counseling
·         Payment Collection.
·         Persistency.
§  Ensure that you are engaged, motivated and productive by forging a strong relationship.
§  Ensure that you are constantly inducted, activated and productive.
§  Participate in incentive schemes to ensure that your income exceed benchmark.
§  Participate the R&R schemes floated by HO, ZO and branch.
§  Support the business with customers in liaison with the office for addressing their concerns.
§  Being fully compliant to all the norms laid down by the regulators and the company.
§  To achieve product wise targets & profitability.
§  Cold Calling (B2C/B2B)
§  Lead generation
§  Providing product Demo to the customer
§  Preparation of daily activity report (DAR)

Qualifications and Experience:
·         Candidate should be graduate (Undergraduate candidates   may also be considered
·         Should be presentable & having good communication
§  Should have positive attitude & vigor for field work
§  Candidates having a bike will be preferred.
