HR Executive – Bulk Hiring

Title: HR Executive

Dept: Recruitment

Reports To: HR Manager – Recruitment

Direct Reports: No direct repartees

Working Hours: 0900 HRS – 1800 HRS

Key Responsibilities:

v  Responsible for bulk recruitment of candidates.

v  Managing the entire recruitment cycle and close the position.

v  Sourcing resumes through job portals, head hunting, references, networking etc.

v  Identifying specialized potential candidates through multiple sources simultaneously

Qualification/ Work Experience

   Post Graduate or MBA's.
   Must possess good communication skills.
   Confident to handle candidates bulk hiring
   Fair knowledge of word, excel & internet. 

Salary (CTC)

# Salary: 9,000  - 12,000 + Performance based payouts
